Wall Street Bulls (wallstreetbulls.lol) is a pay-to-rank leaderboard platform for Gurus, Brokers, and Prop Firms in the forex and crypto space. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, Listing owners, and boosters, and how we use it.

• Account and claim information: if you claim a Listing, we collect the information you provide to verify control over that Listing, such as name, email address, and any supporting documentation submitted.
• Payment information: when you Boost a Listing or Check In, our payment processor collects payment details necessary to complete that transaction. Wall Street Bulls does not store full card numbers; payment card data is handled directly by our payment processor.
• Booster and Check-In activity: we record which Listings you Boost or Check In on, the amounts paid, and timestamps, since this activity determines public rank, Bull Pool standings, and Top Fan status.
• Technical information: we automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, primarily through analytics and security tooling.
• Communications: if you contact support, claims, or DMCA channels, we keep a record of that correspondence to resolve your request.

• To operate the leaderboard: calculating and displaying ranks, Bull Pool totals, Top Fan standing, and ticker events.
• To process payments and payouts, including verifying self-boost restrictions for Brokers and Prop Firms.
• To communicate with you about your account, claim, Boosts, or Check-Ins.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service, including where a Weekly Cycle has been paused or suspended under our operational flexibility provisions.
• To improve the platform based on aggregated usage patterns.

Wall Street Bulls is a public leaderboard platform. Listing names, ranks, all-time totals, Bull Pool standings, Top Fan status, and publicly-selected booster display names are visible to all visitors by design. Do not select a display name you do not want to be public.

We share information with payment processors solely to complete transactions and payouts. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or a claim dispute.

We retain account, claim, and transaction records for as long as necessary to operate the platform, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Booster and Check-In history tied to a Listing's all-time total is retained indefinitely, since it forms part of the permanent public leaderboard record.

You may contact support at support@wallstreetbulls.lol to ask what information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate account information, or to raise a privacy concern. Note that publicly displayed rank history and booster activity tied to the leaderboard cannot be retroactively deleted, as amounts paid are final and cumulative per our Terms of Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version number and date at the top of this page.
