Terms of Service

Wall Street Bulls is a symbolic placement and advertising / support service. Paying into a Listing permanently increases that Listing's position on a public ranked page. This is not a competition, prize draw, lottery, or game of chance. No prize is awarded, and no random or uncertain outcome is involved — rank is determined solely by cumulative amount paid. Rank position and public support display are the only things you purchase. Full platform mechanics are described in our Rules page.

All payments are final, non-refundable, and cumulative. Amounts paid into a Listing never reset and never transfer to another Listing.

Paying into a Listing — as a self-boost or as a fan booster — does not purchase ownership, equity, goods, or services from the listed party, and does not create any relationship, affiliation, employment, or endorsement between you and the listed party. Publicly displayed booster names are user-selected and do not imply any relationship with the listed party. Booster payments are not crowdfunding: your payment goes to Wall Street Bulls, the platform, not to the listed party.

Anyone may create a Listing for any person or company, without Wall Street Bulls verifying the claim or the accuracy of the Listing. A Listing existing on this platform is not a representation that the named party has any relationship with Wall Street Bulls. "Claimed" means only that the named party has confirmed control over the Listing — it is not a statement that Wall Street Bulls has verified the listed party's legitimacy, regulatory status, or trading performance, and it does not imply any endorsement, approval, or sponsorship of that party by Wall Street Bulls. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any Listing or for disputes between listed parties.

The Bull Pool and Top Fan reward mechanics, including the Weekly Cycle, qualifying criteria, below-minimum handling, and Tiebreak Rule, are defined in full in our Rules page. Bull Pool and Top Fan rewards are paid to the qualifying fan or winning Listing as applicable under the Rules page, and are contingent on the Minimum Threshold being met (or, where not met, handled per the roll-forward rule in the Rules page) and on no suspension under section 6 applying.

The 100K Bull Fund is a separate, platform-wide fund, not tied to any single category's Bull Pool or Top Fan reward. Its own outcomes — for the top-ranked Guru and for the platform's Top Fan during the relevant period — are described in full in our Rules page, section 11, and are likewise subject to no suspension under section 6 applying.

We reserve the right to pause, delay, adjust, or suspend any Weekly Cycle, Bull Pool payout, or Top Fan determination, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe this is necessary due to suspected fraud or manipulation, platform outages or technical failures, or actual or potential regulatory issues. Where reasonably practicable we will aim to resolve and communicate the outcome of any such action without undue delay.

Wall Street Bulls determines the operation, outcome, and administration of the leaderboard, Bull Pool, and Top Fan mechanics, including any action taken under section 6. Our determination on these operational matters is final. This section does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any Listing at our discretion, without refund to any prior booster.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall Street Bulls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version number and date at the top of this page.
