1. What you are purchasing
Wall Street Bulls is a symbolic placement and advertising / support service. Paying into a listing permanently increases that listing's position on a public ranked page. This is not a competition, prize draw, lottery, or game of chance. No prize is awarded, and no random or uncertain outcome is involved — rank is determined solely by cumulative amount paid. Rank position and public support display are the only things you purchase.
2. Payments are final
All payments are final, non-refundable, and cumulative. Amounts paid into a listing never reset and never transfer to another listing.
3. No affiliation or endorsement created
Paying into a listing — as a self-boost or as a supporter — does not purchase ownership, equity, goods, or services from the listed party, and does not create any relationship, affiliation, employment, or endorsement between you and the listed party. Publicly displayed supporter names are user-selected and do not imply any relationship with the listed party. Supporter payments are not crowdfunding: your payment goes to Wall Street Bulls, the platform, not to the listed party.
4. Listings are self-service and unverified
Anyone may create a listing for any person or company, without Wall Street Bulls verifying the claim or the accuracy of the listing. A listing existing on this platform is not a representation that the named party has any relationship with Wall Street Bulls. "✓ Claimed" means only that the named party has confirmed control over the listing — it is not a statement that Wall Street Bulls has verified the listed party's legitimacy, regulatory status, or trading performance. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any listing or for disputes between listed parties.
5. Removal
We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, without refund to any prior supporter.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall Street Bulls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
