Wall Street Bulls — How It Works (Rules)
0. Definitions
The following defined terms are used consistently throughout this Rules page, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms below carry the meaning given here wherever they appear.
- "Listing" means a Guru, Broker, or Prop Firm page on Wall Street Bulls.
- "Boost" means a payment made into a Listing that permanently increases that Listing's all-time cumulative total and rank.
- "Check-In" means a distinct fan engagement action available only on Broker and Prop Firm Listings, separate from a Boost.
- "Weekly Cycle" means the recurring period that begins immediately after a Cutoff and ends at the next Cutoff.
- "Cutoff" means Friday 6:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York), the exact moment at which a Weekly Cycle's rankings, Bull Pool outcome, and Top Fan standing are locked in.
- "Bull Pool" means the weekly category-specific reward pool, funded from a percentage of that category's Boosts during a Weekly Cycle, awarded to the number one ranked Listing in that category at Cutoff, subject to the Minimum Threshold.
- "Minimum Threshold" means the minimum dollar amount a category's Bull Pool must reach by Cutoff for that week's Bull Pool to pay out.
- "Top Fan" means, for a given category and Weekly Cycle, the individual fan with the highest qualifying activity toward that cycle's number one ranked Listing: for Gurus, highest cumulative Boost amount; for Brokers and Prop Firms, highest qualifying Check-In activity.
- "Tiebreak Rule" means the single rule set out in section 8, applied wherever a tie occurs in Bull Pool ranking or Top Fan standing.
- "Claimed" means a Listing where the named party has confirmed control of the page, as described in section 12.
1. The Leaderboard
Wall Street Bulls ranks Gurus, Brokers, and Prop Firms in three separate categories. Rank is determined solely by all-time cumulative amount Boosted toward a Listing. This is the permanent, all-time leaderboard, and it never resets.
2. Boosting
Anyone can Boost a Listing. Boost amounts are cumulative, final, and non-refundable, and permanently increase that Listing's all-time total and rank.
3. Self-boosting
Gurus, Brokers, and Prop Firms may Boost their own Claimed Listing to climb the leaderboard. This is distinct from a Check-In, and self-boosts never count as Check-Ins.
4. Check-Ins
A Check-In is available only on Broker and Prop Firm Listings. Only Broker and Prop Firm Check-Ins count toward Top Fan standing for those categories. Gurus have no Check-In mechanic; Guru Top Fan standing is based on Boost amount only.
5. The Weekly Cycle
Each category runs on its own Weekly Cycle, as defined in section 0. All references elsewhere in this page, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy to "weekly" standings, the Bull Pool, or Top Fan status refer to this single defined Weekly Cycle.
6. Top Fan
Top Fan status is determined at Cutoff, per the definition in section 0. Top Fan status applies only to fans, never to the Listing itself.
7. The Bull Pool
Each category has its own Bull Pool, funded from a percentage of that category's Boosts during the Weekly Cycle. At Cutoff, if the Minimum Threshold has been reached, the Bull Pool pays out to that category's number one ranked Listing. The Top Fan reward is separate and is paid to the qualifying fan, not the Listing.
8. Tiebreak Rule
Wherever a tie occurs in Bull Pool ranking or Top Fan standing: whoever reached the tied amount first, by timestamp, wins. If timestamps are also tied, the reward is split evenly among everyone still tied.
9. Below-minimum outcome
If a category's Bull Pool does not reach the Minimum Threshold by Cutoff, no Bull Pool payout is made that Weekly Cycle. The unpaid Bull Pool funds roll forward and are added to that category's Bull Pool for the following Weekly Cycle. Top Fan standings are not affected by a below-minimum outcome and reset as normal per section 10.
10. Weekly reset
At the start of each new Weekly Cycle, Top Fan standings reset to zero for every category. The Bull Pool resets to zero unless funds have rolled forward under section 9, in which case the rolled-forward amount carries into the new cycle's starting total. The all-time leaderboard rank of every Listing is not affected by this reset and carries forward unchanged.
11. The 100K Bull Fund
A separate shared fund, the 100K Bull Fund, grows alongside platform-wide activity and is not tied to the Bull Pool, Top Fan rewards, or any single category.
Once the fund reaches its target, Wall Street Bulls intends to offer the top-ranked Guru at that time the opportunity to trade the funded account on the top-ranked Broker's platform. Separately, the single fan who has Boosted the most across the entire platform during that period is intended to receive the largest funded account offered by the top-ranked Prop Firm at that time. Both outcomes are subject to rules, eligibility, and acceptance, with full terms to be announced separately.
12. Unverified listings
Anyone may create a Listing without Wall Street Bulls verifying the underlying claim. "Claimed" means only that the named party has confirmed control of the Listing, not that Wall Street Bulls has verified their legitimacy, regulatory status, or trading performance, and it does not imply endorsement by Wall Street Bulls.
13. Operational flexibility
Wall Street Bulls may pause, delay, or adjust a Weekly Cycle, Bull Pool payout, or Top Fan determination as described in our Terms of Service, section 6.
14. Changes to these rules
We may update these rules as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version number and date at the top of this page.
